A free, no obligation consultation is first offered to discuss you and your pets' needs and requirements at your residence or mine. 

 

If you decide that Paws Outdoors Solihull can satisfy your requirements, you just need to fill out a simple form regarding pet and owner information, owner requirements, emergency contacts and veterinary details. 

 

No bookings will be confirmed until signature of the contract by both the customer and the walker.

 

Owners consent to their dogs participating in group dog walks when booking dog walking services.  

 

All walks are carried out in a safe, local environment.

 

Although Paws Outdoors Solihull will provide your pet(s) with the highest standard of care, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death inside or outside your place of residence.

 

As we will discuss during the consultation, please ensure all medication is labelled clearly with clear insturctions and enough food and sundry items are provided for the duration of the booking. If any items need to be purchased to complete the services that have been booked, Paws Outdoors Solihull will claim the costs back on the invoice after notifying the customer.

 

Paws Outdoors Solihull will require a key to the property for all assignments where the customer is not home during the time of booking.

 

Invoices will be issued for regular users at the end of each month or week. For occasional users, invoices are issued per job.
